Welcome to Césence!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and online store. By visiting or purchasing from cesence.com, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Césence. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Césence.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase from our website.

3. Product Information

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately.
However, due to natural variations and individual device settings, colors, packaging, or textures may appear slightly different in person.
All products are for external use only and should be used as directed.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those suspected of fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times depend on your chosen method and location.
Once your order has shipped, Césence is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

Because skincare is a personal and hygienic product category, all sales are final.
However, we gladly offer store credit under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us at hello@cesence.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Once approved, you will receive a store credit code (no cash refunds).

  • Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the approved return.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll provide a replacement or store credit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, photography, packaging, and product design — is the property of Césence and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Césence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your purchase.
