At Césence, every product is created with care, intention, and all-natural ingredients to help you nourish, restore, and radiate from within. Because skincare is personal, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a store credit for the affected item.
